Property reviewsLisa B. on Jul 30, 2019We had just moved here from Michigan and needed a place that would take our pets. From my first phone call, I was delighted, not only with the staff and all of their assistance, but in the fact that they understood what we needed. The house is beautiful, the neighborhood couldn't be better. Neighbors are friendly, grounds are amazing. We have not regretted a single day of living at the Cottages. Best decision we could have made.
Melissa M. on Jun 1, 2019It’s a beautiful neighborhood with terrific amenities! The staff at the leasing office is very helpful, ask for Emily! The finishes within the home are high quality and having your trash picked up, yard maintenance and general maintenance included is the best part!

Everyone in the leasing office has made me feel welcome and at home from the very first moment I walked in! I honestly was just planning on just looking, not expecting to fill out the application the same day. This is my first apartment and I feel like I absolutely made the perfect choice for my daughter and I. Thank you Bryce and Drew for making this transition smooth for me.
Linda O. on Apr 27, 2021Working hard under construction isn’t easy.. but this team is pulling it all together for your best move in!!! Come home to a warm smile ??
