Property reviewsJames on Dec 31, 2021The walls and floors are not sound proof. We can hear every step of our upstairs neighbors, also their TV/music. Outside one neighbor occasionally has parties in his garage space until 2 am, and has a truck with a loud motor which he revs early in the morning. There have been at least a dozen times that the trash has not been picked up when scheduled.
