Overall this has been a great place to live. The building is kept clean and overall quiet. Sometimes the property manager is hard to get a hold off or takes very long to have tasks completed. You need to go into her office and sit down with her to see a task to completion. In addition, there have been several times where cars are illegally parked in our garage, obstructing residents from pulling in/out of spots easily. This is raised to the property manager many times, and nothing is done except for an email. After a particular situation, residents took it upon themselves to leave notes on the illegally parked car or explore calling a towing company. The tow company signs in the garage are not valid. This was an incredibly frustrating issue that the property manager took weeks to address.
