Atlanta Paradise

I have lived here for only 5 months but this place is a paradise. I take daily walks around the complex and it doesn't even feel like I live in Atlanta. It is so peaceful. I have made friends with many of the staff members, especially the baristas at the coffee shop. Everyone is genuinely so sweet. The staff has dog treats on hand for my pup whenever I run into them. It is a nature paradise. I feel so at peace and I always look forward to coming home everyday. I love the community events, the residents and all of their pups. I am sadly moving out of state in August but I wish I could take Walton on the Chattahoochee and everyone with me. I will always have such a deep love for this place and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

Living here

Living here is ok. Disappointed in the new smoking policy. We have family that comes to visit from Ms & they smoke. They don’t smoke in the apt but would smoke on the patio. From what I understand now they will have to leave the property to smoke. It’s a long drive from Ms to have to leave the property just to smoke.
