Well managed property

I have lived here for 7 months and this is the best maintained apartment complex I've ever lived in. The property is clean, maintenance staff are timely, and it is quiet. There are some issues with people and their pets (not on leash, poop) and people dumping their trash at the trash cans outside parking garage hallway entrances but other than that, I love it here.

Nice Location, High Rent,Pet waste everywhere, Lots of noise

Great Place to Live

This is my 7th apartment in Atlanta and my second year here and I can honestly say it's one of my favorite apartments. I really love the floorplans, the grounds are kept well and I have no issues with maintenance. My one complaint, which is my complaint all over Atlanta, is the prices. It's really getting high.
