I want to love this place

I have lived here for over five years, and appreciate the size of my apartment. However there has always been a continuing bug problem and neighbor problem. Management I think tries with the bugs, but not with the neighbors (some of whom have Dunwoody's finest over at all hours to settle screaming matches) Parking is also a terrible problem due to extra (sometimes inoperable) vehicles in the lot. There is a lot to commend this place, but it is not the value it could be.

Great property and staff

Really pleased with this new mgmt team. Will and Monica have been great during this covid 19 ordeal. The maintenance is above and beyond. Always on point and very prompt And excellent service . Steve- Kevin - Jason, great team
