The Colony at The Lakes accepts two pets per apartment. Cats must be kept indoors at all times. All pets are to be brought to our office for a pet interview/approval before allowed to stay on the property. Please speak with our leasing team for full details. The following is a noncomprehensive list of dogs that are not permitted: Akita Rottweiler Doberman Pinscher German Shepher Pit Bull including American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Bull Terrier Chow Presa Canario Shar-peis huskytupes malamutes wolf hybrids and any mised breed that includes any prohibted breed, dogs with specific defensive or attack training, former Military or Police trained dogs, and any dog with a history of biting. Exotic pets and reptiles are also prohibited. Qualified service animals are always welcome. If more than one person is applying for this lease and you have a pet, please only list the pet on one application.
