Resident review

No amenities no car covering the gardeners are always blowing roughage all over the cars and as for the location we have a lot of transients coming from the park area and from Sherman Way and White Oak area where there’s also another park with transients...

New manager and maintenance

We've had great people managing The Village, but I have to say Ivette has been incredible!! The transition from the previous manager (Janice who was very good and efficient) was rough; there were many maintenance issues that were not being resolved, so Ivette personally came to our unit to see the specific problem. Five minutes later she introduced us to a gentleman by the name of Gerson, the new maintenance guy. Long story short, within three minutes the problem was resolved. Gerson came in, saw the problem, and took care of it on the spot. Impressive!! Ever since, Ivette checks in on us regularly, making sure everything is running smoothly. We feel grateful and encouraged by her professional and personal management style.
