Worth it... in 2019
The price continues to go up. The quality of ameneties does not. The noise does not. The caliber of person living here does not. Some nice employees, some very rude ones that clearly don't care. Some of the worst parking I've ever seen, Building #s that nobody can see at night, unit numbers that nobody can see... ever, because they're painted onto the mailboxes in the exact same color paint as the mailbox. I'd live somewhere else if I was looking for a place. Or if you could get a 2 bedroom here for 1100, that's about what they're worth.
Its home
I have lived here a couple years now. The staff is great, especially lately. Parking is OK but I know there are only certain things you can do to remedy the parking and you have been doing them. The hot tub has basically been out of service more often than not since I started living here. Granted, now with COVID it is probably best to avoid the hot tub and pool but still a bummer I wasn't able to use them the years before this pandemic. I like how proactive the staff and management is. When we had problems with mail boxes getting broken into, they put a cage around the mailboxes (now we just need residents to remember to shut it all the way). And we have electronic lockers with PIN codes sent to our cell phones for packages now. The trash problem is a bit out of hand, and it is not the fault of the maintenance people. Residents just will literally put an entire trashed furniture set or mattress or something directly in front of the dumpster, or will not put their trash in the dumpster. I try and do what I can to help but I cant be picking up trash everyday either. The maintenance people are trying their best but this is the most I have ever seen this neighborhood throw out. I just signed another lease here because this place does feel like home (even though my friends that lived here all moved away). Thanks for everything.
Best Rental Ever
I was so elated when I moved in. The apartment was immaculate. I was given three days to let the office know if there were things which needed to be addressed. Try as I might, I could not even find a mark on a wall or a speck of dust anywhere. Te carpets were freshly cleaned and the appliances were sparkling clean. I also want to say how friendly and helpful the office staff has been. Brittany was the young lady who helped me with the application and move-in process. She has been very helpful and always very friendly. Believe me I have not always had someone like that at other apartments. She made me feel as if I was really welcomed here.
