Verde

7 days. So it looks Ok except for a few needed repairs in the kitchen and bathroom. Also I need to figure out how to switch the thermostat from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Good location at end of parking lot, easy in and out. Good morning sun for plants, nice patio, windows.

Great location

The location is great. The staff respond quickly to my issues. The garbage cans on property are sometime over flowing but this is raken care of quickly.

opportunity to improve

I like this property due to the location, friendly staff, the facilities, it would be nice if the gate is kept closed at nights, the one located on the north side of the property.

The water is always cut off and the rent is too high when the apartment is always having issues
