Larq Henderson

I've been at Larq for 1 year now, and due to rent increasing I will be resigning with them as they have offered me a deal better than I'll be able to get anywhere else. I have nothing but good things to say about living at this apartment, other than no elevators in each building (there are 3 buildings A, B, C), building C is the only one with elevators. The other small downside is the parking, at night it's not guaranteed that you'll have a spot, guests are able to park in the streets surrounding our buildings but those are pretty much always taken although a street over or two usually has some.

Decent

This place is good if you’re looking for a change in pace from Uptown. I would say this place is good not great. Trash isn’t picked up on time. Parking is annoying because the lot doesn’t have enough spaces to accommodate residents ( if you are not in the main building)
