Some positives some negatives

I have lived here for almost 3 years now. I have loved the location, staff, maintenance, and affordable rent especially compared to a lot of the apartments around us. One item that has gotten worse over time is the noise. We face the street and so even a car driving down the street with our extremely thin windows makes it hard to sleep. Other noisy sounds like the garbage truck and gardeners also feel like they are right next to the window. I’ve inquired about the need for thicker windows due to sound and the fact the you can feel a draft when they’re closed and was dismissed by one woman on the staff who told me I should invest into a white noise machine.

Great location

Location in Uptown is great. Enjoy close proximity to everything. Storage units on same floor are a great value.

A good review

Overall, it’s a good place to live. The apartments are really clean and there’s parking options. But, the elevator is usually down and the staff isn’t helpful and sometimes rude when asked about it.

For each pet- with a maximum of two- there is pet fee of $500 and a pet rent of $25. We do have breed restrictions, and invite you to contact our leasing office to learn more!
