Takes to long to get things fixed

I been living here for 4 years and my air breaks down all the time and my kids and I are forever in heat.i have been putting in work orders they will fix it sometimes and then majority of the time we are hot.it keeps breaking down and they say that it has been replaced but a week later or days later it will break down and then we are back in heat.

Need to update appliances

I have been here for over 25 years & still here. The need to update the inside & fix inside my Apts. No new appliances, need cabinets re-done, bathroom tubs need fixing, etc

Pet Policy

Animals are accepted , no more than two animals each weighing 50 pounds or less full-grown are allowed per apartment. Animals must be no less than six (6) months of age. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. See list below for animals not allowed. Pet rent of $20.00 will be added to the monthly rent. A $150.00 deposit, a $150.00 non-refundable animal fee and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20- gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.
