Love This Complex

We have been living here for half a year now and we love it. The photos of the apartments on the website don't even do it justice. The gym and pool is awesome.

Costly with no renewal updates or accommodations

Rental Market prices and services fees are increasing and being added on, but there are no incentives for renewals. Bathroom tile work has been damaged during maintenance fix. Backsplash appears to be decaying overtime. There were no fixes made prior to me moving into this unit in Dec 2020, but the rent and fees sure are going up and comparable to luxury units. Also I’m incurring extra cost because I am not allowed to install my washer/dryer that I purchased for the unit I was living before in on this exact property, same building just on floor down.

Nice apartment and area

Hardly any parking if get here past 8 pm, but apartments are nice.Area is great and management here helps out as much as they can for any issues you have.

Ok, not great

I've lived her for 1yr and 8 months. The area much as expected being close to the highways. We enjoyed ourselves for the first few months, but then the noises and smells started. Neighbors would last their music at all hours of the day and night with no regard to their immediate neighbors, so loud that you can hear the lyrics. We would also smell weed smoke every day, seeping through the vents. We informed the leasing office of this several times. They ensured us they have told the tenants about the non-smoking policy and have reminded the entire community via email. The smells stopped for a while but then started right back up. Aside from this, being so close to the highway causes homeless people to walk through the gates (which are always open) and into the hallways. We've had a few times where this would happen and the person was screaming down the halls at night. Very disturbing and unsettling. Rent is affordable, but you'll need to up your budget if you're looking for a more peaceful area to live.
