Everyone at The Taylor is incredibly friendly and helpful from the Concierge and Leasing Agents to the Maintenance Staff. They truly have the best customer service. Can't imagine living anywhere else

Great Place, Great Staff, but I don't know everything about the building yet. We didn't know how to turn on the fireplace in the rooftop and we don't know how to use the wifi in the business area. Also, there's paint all over my floor...

Lived in Dallas for 9 Years, Never felt more at home

Lived in 5 complexes in the Uptown/Oaklawn areas and this is by far the best. So grateful I was able to find such a great place to live. My move was sudden due to health complications of a poorly maintained air duct situation at the previous complex. The staff was very understanding and helpful in locating a unit that met my needs. Since moving in, I've truly only had positive experiences with all of the staff from concierge, to maintenance and the occasional interaction with leasing, even the window washers and landscaping team always wave at my dog thru the window. I love living here.
