Noisy Neighbors Below

Neighbors are noisy hear. LOUD MUSIC. I WORK EVERYDAY FROM HOME AND HAVE TO GET UP. thats the only thing I hate is loud music and having to hear music and vibration through my floors for a few hours almost everyday.

Now I have a nice view.

Many nice things but the noise in the parking lot with the loud dumpster, the loud rap music, the loud talkin by construction workers, and the loud mufflers!! Is bad. It sure would be nice if we had consistent hot water every day!
