Maintenance takes longTime

Maintenance takes too long to respond or respond really fast it only fixes one thing instead of everything. Parking can be an issue if you work late nights. I don’t feel like I should be paying nearly 1500 for the apartment when there’s things that should’ve been fixed before I moved and that still aren’t fixed. My dishwasher literally comes out of its compartment all the time it leaks garbage disposal doesn’t work bathroom sink always gets clogged. Neighbors don’t pick up after themselves for like the grill area or the laundry one washer and dryer the white ones don’t really work I always have to like tape the wire the white dryer shot for it to work and then it only works like half the time. White washer is breaking down it doesn’t spin and drain the water or no if I have to do it twice or three times. Rent is too high for all the problems that I have in my apartment so I can only imagine problems are in other departments it takes like months for the maintenance people to fix our issues I understand we’re paying out all bills paid and all the amenities are amazing but we just need more urgency because like I said there’s things that should’ve been fixed before I moved in that are still not fixed a year and a month in. Possibly won’t be renewing for the year of 2023 because of these issues although I love these apartments I just can’t stand paying so much and Having all of these problems and not being fixed.

Cozy with few problems

Really nice apartment. Maintenance is responsive and effective ... except when called to turn on the heat. No problem with air conditioning, but providing a space heater that trips the breakers is not the same as having dependable warmth when the apartment is cold. The only other concern is the rent is about 10% too high.

Good Price. Peaceful Place to live

I wish there was better parking enforcement as there seems to be a lot of different cars in the parking lot that I don't recognize, especially at night. Otherwise, I am happy with where I live.

Everything is mostly great but the parking lot has been extra full lately. My car has been bumped into many times. Maintenance is good always coming and helping when needed but many things break/need fixing often. Amazing location and property but neighbors can be noisy at times and sometimes even between 1-4am.
