Improve Communication!

Landscaping maintenance has really deteriorated! All the areas should look like around the office. My rating for the office staff is because requests are seldom followed up, Very poor communication. What about resident/administration meetings quarterly.That would take care of a lot of the grumbling I hear from fellow residents.

I have not yet need maintenance service so I don’t know how the new manners are I have not yet met the new office managers so I can’t write them and yeah that can’t do much rate the value because I don’t know what is going to be like yet with the new management
