Okay place

The Fitz is a nice place, the neighbors are friendly and I haven’t had any issue’s. The package delivery system is awful, and new management has been super vague about taking over as well as making themselves known to tenants, so I don’t like that. The parking spaces are small and there is no guest parking. The apartments are overpriced as well, especially considering the lack of amenities.

Fitz good and bad

The Fitz is a great apartment for locations and the price. The maintenance staff work hard and try to solve any problems quickly. The only problems I have are the contractors they use. Firstly the parcel / package delivery service they use is awful. The service adds 2 days at least on to expected delivery date. The valet trash is sometime inconsistent plus the yard maintenance is poor. Sprinkles haven't worked since I moved in a year or so ago.

OK overall

Occasionally noisy. Have somebody parked at paid covered spot three times. The tow company and management team were not helpful two times.
