Pet Policy
Maximun of two pets per apartment, 50 pound weight limit, and aggressive bread restriction (Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Bullmastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Eskimo Spitz, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier) Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf. Any breed that is mixed with one of these breeds is also restricted.)
Refundable deposit of $150, non-refundable fee of $150, and you will be liable for the cost of any damages done by the pet in excessof the deposit and fee amount. The monthly pet fee of $35 per pet, and will not be applied as a credit on the costs of damages.
