Great location for a good price

Great apartment with friendly neighbors. Good space for 1 person. Great location near the lake and food spots in Lincoln Park. The 22 bus is only a minute walk away and Oz park is a 10 minute walk. Family friendly and young people. It is an older building with old appliances and laundry room. Everything works but it's rusty. Walls and floors are thin so you can hear neighbors walking around.

Pelham Review Great!

I've lived at the Pelham for almost a year and have had a great experience. Maintenance is always responsive. The only downside is you can't control the heat so it can get pretty toasty. But great location and place to live!
