2933 Review

Overall I like living here a lot. Close to Lake Michigan/Nature. Nice living spaces at an affordable price. 2 key down sides: basement laundry with unreliable washing machines (ruined clothes) and not being very close to the train.

Great location & staff, building needs TLC

I've lived here 3+ years. Staff and location are great. Building needs TLC. Gym could use updated equipment, at least 1 elevator is broken often, laundry machines rip apart clothing/cause holes very easily
