Noise from neighbors walking and/or exercising can be heard

From inside my unit, I can clearly hear people/pets walking upstairs and people talking and playing ping pong in the room next to the gym as if they are in my living room. Otherwise, the general noise level from the complex itself and its residents it really low. I just think that the construction material used in the flooring is not thick or sound proof enough to block sound. The location is convenient and good. The whole area is pricey, so the rent for this place is within the market range for the same type of apartment complex. Management and staff are very attentive and respond to and resolve issues quickly. Thanks

Great and well-maintained community

I have lived here for about a year and only have good things to say. My unit was well-furnished and spacious. The property has nice communal areas which are well-maintained. I only had one minor maintenance issue, and the property manager (who lives onsite with his family) was very prompt in having the issue taken care of. And, you can't beat the location; just about any of the major retailers you could want is within a few blocks of this place. Highly recommended.
