Horrific Maintenance!!!!

Wow, the maintenance is so horrific. Our roof has been leaking for 3 years and each time they say they fix it only to have the next rain storm to have it raining indoors again. And that is a big example. We have maintenance from 2 years ago still not completed. All the other pluses of this place simply doesn't make up for how bad they are with fixing normal issues.

Resident review

We have lived here for 8 months, great value but buildings can show their age. Maintenance and front office are hard to get in touch with and slow to respond to requests.

Security/Noise

Since we have lived here, the Security has always been an issue, the maintenance could be better, lights always going out, the stove in our unit the hood light is still out x 1 year, the refrigerator fan x 6 months is so loud in order to fix it yourself we stuck paper along the side to keep it quite..the lights in our breezeway are out, don’t get me started on the children, always running tearing up things and their parents just let them. We probably are the only original family still here, the location is great for everything, that is the reason we are still willing to pay $1300.00 a month for rent when we could buy..
