Coppermill Village
The office staff is great and attentive. They all know my name and my apartment number. I enjoy interacting with them. The maintenance is subpar because there has been turnover, but the manager tries to compensate for it. The parking is frustrating because there is no overflow in my area. Overall, I enjoy living at coppermill village and have felt safe and taken care of!
Nothing is done, they act like they care and don't
I still don't have an ice machine, I have had 2 things stolen from me and I really don't feel like the staff here cares. When my lease is up I am moving. You went up on the rent but didn't make any changes to the apartment to justify a rent increase

Some apartments have 3 or 4 cars that want to park in the closest spots. There has been no follow up on letter advising parking additional cars farther away. Big problem. The reaction time to most maintenance requests are sluggish at best. The staff is friendly. A horrible exercise room and really only a pool is not much amenity.
