All old appliances and building started worning out and rent is too high..

I have been living out here for a few months now. I really like being out here, it’s a quiet neighborhood. I’ve experienced a few noise issues from neighbors upstairs but other than that it’s nice. The maintenance moved slow at first (female) but eventually the issue was resolved. Brittany the manager is a sweetheart she made my move in pleasant and enjoyable. So out of a 10 I’d give them a 9.5 rating....
