Parkside Apartments

We just moved in about a month ago and we love our new apartment! The staff is very friendly, and accomidating! The countertops are real granite, there's new carpet in both bedrooms, the hardwoods floors are a beautiful grey, and all appliances are in great condition or are new! However, we have found that being on the second floor is quite noisy. We can hear our upstairs neighbors all the time. Also, if you are coming home around 10 or later do not expect to find parking near your building. There have been several occasions when I've had to drive to the visitors lot to park my car.

Small issue in the beginning but not the fault of the property or staff. The staff are fantastic the maintenance crew are amazing and get things done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this complex.

Best Society in the price range -close to all needs& office

This is one of the best society one can think in the price range and facilities provided plus the location of society itself. I stayed here for more than 5 yrs and enjoyed my stay. I am shortly leaving for personal reason but would love to come back. I have explored more than half of Charlotte and don't see a comparable society in this price range and amenities. Lively society with morning / evening walking , kids playing, families socializing and I would always love all that. maintenance is a quick response. Megan from society office happily extended my move out date on simple email request. Its secure gated monitored and happy place like a a big family with recently renovated units.

smoking issues

Hi, Generally the apartment and the services are good. But we do see a lot of smoking polluted air coming into the home through ventilation through other homes, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen It is very annoying and unhealthy with the kid around for us to inhale those cigaratte smokes into the home
