Great location! But everything else is very unfitting for the price you pay. No amenities! No guaranteed parking so you have to learn the traffic times in the area, or you might not have anywhere to park trying to go home.

Great Place, Wish Parking Was Better

Great place for the price, probably cheapest you can find in this area! Issue with parking especially on the weekends with our lot being a public lot for everyone else in Plaza. It's disappointing to have to park a few blocks away when it's packed here. Additionally there are loud trucks at Midwood Smokehouse/Pilot/YAFO in the early morning but that's just Plaza...

Not awful, not excellent, “emergency” requests are never handled in emergency fashion. The complex itself is decently clean. Reasonable price point for my one bedroom in a good location in Plaza Midwood.

Amenities are not really included at this location, which is fine, but the stairwell and hallways are carpeted and are in need of replacement in my opinion. The few times we have needed to get a hold of the office it wasn't easy. It took numerous phone calls and email to get in touch with someone.
