Awesome Place to live

This is a great neighborhood and area. It's centralized location is great for getting around and getting things done. The price is reasonable for the area I guess, but if the price continues to increase year after year, there may have to be some changes to our lifestyle. Maintenance and staff are awesome and we don't feel micro-managed by the property and that is absolutely the best feeling. We love our place-.

So Far So Good!!

Only been in the apartment a couple of days but so far everything is good. Staff are very responsive and have been very helpful and addressed any issues that have arisen quickly. A little noisy outside because of I485 but nothing we didn't expect. It is our first time in an apartment so we are getting used to the Neighbor noises which come with apartment living. The unit was re furbished before we moved in so new appliances, kitchen, flooring and painting which has certainly helped in making us feel like this is our new home.
