Continued Elevator Issue

On-going elevator issue. One has been down for about two months now; often, the freight elevator is reserved for a move-in. This means two elevators for a building of this size. Simply unacceptable for an apartment building that bills itself as a "luxury" building. Due to staffing shortages, maintenance is slow to respond - even to any minor repair requests. My washing machine was down for two weeks while I waited for them to come to trouble-shoot. A lot of turnover at the concierge desk, too. Seems like I see a new person every week, and previous concierge staff is no longer there. Location is great, though, and the apartments are nice. I just wish they'd fix the elevators once and for all, and solve their staffing shortages.

Museum Tower

Quality of living vs. cost has become very poor. Maintenance team does a very poor job. I only renewed my lease because of location and convenience to not move.

Love MT!

Love this building. My only suggestions for improvement would be additional guest parking (and less compact spots overall). Otherwise, the rooftop pool should be heated, there's really no good reason not to support that year-round much like the Residence does in Southpark. But overall, A+
