I am very upset about parking if your not in by 5 you basically have to walk from another unit. Also as much as I pay for this apartment I feel That some something should be different such as parking.

Service

The service is SO terrible here!! Seeing that a team member was able to reply to my unedited google review (initially posted 9/10), but the apartment team fails to return an email from January 2020 about a large mold problem, which took about 2 months to be taken care of. It’s time to renew my lease or move. Which I was hopeful for a new beginning at this complex buuuut the service is SO terrible!!! I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for almost 2 weeks about my lease. NO ONE is available to help. Staff rarely answers the phone. If some one answers the phone NO ONE answers my lease questions. I am directed to email a non responsive email or speak with a manager, which is never available. 9/12 I spoke with Grace. I asked to make an appointment to speak with a manager and Grace told me I’d have to call back Monday because they weren’t available on the weekends and that I could NOT schedule an appointment about a lease with a manager ??. My letter clearly states that I can set an appointment to speak with a manager about my lease options. The service team is untrained and have no knowledge on how to handle residents issues. It’s EXTREMELY sad and unprofessional that I’ve emailed multiple times and multiple people for days and the only response I’ve gotten was the review I made on google initially about Renatto. A quick response too, 48hr turn around.
