Nice quiet place to live

I've been here for four years and enjoy the experience. Well maintained facility and landscaping and super close to shopping. The staff is terrific and responsive especially Deleia. The doggy DNA program really sets the property apart from other communities. The elevator access in each building is so great. The only complaint I have is that my rent went up almost $200 in one year. NOT happy about that and property manager blamed Covid. Very difficult on the budget.

management and maintenance needs a lot of work

was hoping management and maintenance would get better it got worse. beautiful property, great locations coffee machine has been out for a month. no cleaning supplies in gym, common area or restroom. some doors don't work some wont lock anyone can walk into buildings. place needs new management and maintenance team.

The Mother's Day Brunch, Paint, and Mimosas was Great!! The Menu consists of Waffles, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, and Bananas!! Katie Henderson Property Manager, Daleia Lindsey Business Manager, and Shelly Eck Leasing Manager did a Terrific job organizing this event!!
