Not worth the price

Alta Croft started out as such a good complex, we were some of the first to move in. Over the past year and half plus it has very quickly gone down hill. The price has been increased, which I understand to a certain extent needs to happen, however it has gotten sketchier, and dirtier, and there is never any parking when I come home from work at night. The hallways constantly smell like weed and there are cigarette butts all over the property even thought they claim to be "smoke free". We really loved this place in the beginning and had planned to stay here for a while, but due to the increase in prices and the quality of the complex going down, it is time to move on, hoping they can find their footing.
