Great place

I've only been here a month but it's a great place. The only thing I don't like is the constant build up of trash near the compactor, it's unsightly and happens often. It's usually caused by the dumpster being replaced but it seems like a daily occurrence. BUT the pool is awesome and it's a clean new place.

Decent place. It has pros and cons like all apartments do.

Decent place but of course every place is not perfect. Parking gets really bad at night time in certain spots which will cause got to have to walk. Every building has an advantage in some way. Building 7 had the worst parking. Dogs can get loud but it is a dog friendly complex so be prepared for dog barking. If you don’t want to be disturbed by dogs don’t move here. Staff is good sometimes but I think they pick and choose battles. Amenities such as gym pool and club house are. I’ll. I really liked that they set up a wrapping gifts station during christmas. Gate wasn’t working well in the beginning when I first moved here but now it’s always working. They really stepped that up. Trash piled up every weekend but quickly picked up the day trash valet starts again.
