Maintenance services need to be better

The maintenance services are completed as if they somehow needs to be closed. The quality of fix and satisfaction of tenants not considered at all. Also the maintenance services are delay prone. I wish they were rather proactive.

high rent you have to nag people in office to do things never any parking slow to fix things annoying people at grill/pool when open several sketchy neighbors only positive is the location
