It does the job

This place is affordable and great, location-wise. It's not in the nicest of neighborhoods but is a short drive to downtown, 35, and 183. I love the apartment I'm living in, it was just remodeled and has great square footage. but I'm less than impressed with the management. the complex often has issues with plumbing and we have gone upwards of 2 weeks without any hot water. They will shut the water off with little heads up and will have it off for 4-6 hrs at a time. If you are willing to put up with a lot, I'd say it's worth living here.

Mueller square review

My experience living at mueller square has been a big disappointment. The laundry room is never working. We have hit water issues during the winter. It’s very frustrating to not have all the amenities that we agreed to when we signed our lease contract. Especially for the price of rent that we’re paying.

Not worth the price

We did not have a good experience at this apartment. Maintenance requests take a long time to complete, management is unorganized and it’s just not worth the price of rent to live here, even with the renovations. There are complexes with better pricing and amenities nearby.

Horrible construction- no warning given!!!

Construction going on for 3 months now. Water always turned off for 6 hours at a time. Trash everywhere and dog poop bags falling out of trash cans that are never emptied. Gates always left open so there have been thefts. Most tenants are fed up and moving out. Horrible living environment.
