So so experience

Maintenance has been poor at following up and completing requests. Just got a renewal offer but still waiting on things from my move in inventory to be fixed. The location is great and the community itself is ok.

I think the title says it all. This is an old property and there are signs they want to improve it, but progress is haphazard and not with any professional nature.

At Gables, we feel your pets are members of our extended family so we strive to make them feel right at home. Not only is our community pet-centric, but we’ve developed Gables Paws to Care™ program to celebrate your pet while also giving back to the pet community! Come visit us at the leasing office for special treats for your furry friend to learn more about our great program. Gables at the Terrace welcomes cats and dogs. For each pet- with a maximum of 2- there is a $200 deposit, $400 pet fee for one and $500 for two, and pet rent of $20/pet. We do have breed restrictions, and invite you to contact our leasing office to learn more!
