Gables | Review | Suggestions

Everything thus far has been exceptional! My few requests are as follows: 1. A comment box at the front desk with the concierge to write needs/wants/how to improve. 2. It would be a great idea to offer guest parking in someway, shape or form. Perhaps we can work out a deal with the valet at Hotel Zaza. We want to be able to offer our friends a place to park that is not outrageously expensive. Friends can also tip valet so everyone is happy. 3. For the level with a pool to add a stationary bike at the gym. We heard that is something that will not be there but I have talked to three other residents at Gables who would be interested in having a stationary bike at the gym. 4. We would for the artwork to be hung at floor 16 since most guests are all moved in :) 5. The recycle button & elevator floors do not function properly. When recycling, the recycle does not go down the recycle shoot. The button does not turn blue. I am an AVID recycler, so this is very important to me. When clicking the elevator to go down, the numbers do not show up to inform us what floor we are on. It would be great to be able to see what floor the elevator is currently on. Otherwise, everything has been fantastic! These are my only suggestions. I have lots of amazing commentary where the list would be way too long. Love the location, the DIY projects in the lobby, the parties for residents, the staff, the smell of the building, etc! Thanks. :)

At Gables, we feel your pets are members of our extended family so we strive to make them feel right at home. Not only is our community pet-centric, but we’ve developed Gables Paws to Care™ program to celebrate your pet while also giving back to the pet community! Come visit us at the leasing office for special treats for your furry friend to learn more about our great program. Gables Republic Square welcomes cats and dogs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 for one pet, $100 for any additional- with a maximum of 2, a pet deposit of $200 for one pet, $50 for any additional and a monthly pet rent of $30. We do have breed restrictions, and invite you to contact our leasing office to learn more!
