The Right Choice

Super cute apartments at a great value with a quiet community. Excellent, helpful, and friendly management and maintenance. A short drive to HEB or Walmart, or a short walk to Walgreens and an excellent Mexican food truck. There are some great parks in the area too! Plus, it's right next to the Howard Station Park and Ride for the Metro Rail which will take you right to 6th Street in downtown Austin for a great night out.

Pleasant little community

Been living here for almost a year and so far its been very pleasant. The staff are very attentive and very communicative. Haven't had any real issues except the occasional roach problem and walls having to be fixed due to cracking. Apartment units are remodeled and look modern inside. Community is very diverse and for the most part quiet. This property is well located as its next to mopac and about 2 miles from The Domain. Short drive to supermarkets and restaurants.
