Nice apartment

Wish I wouldn't have chosen a corner unit right off Dessau. It's super noisy, constantly have bright lights from Whataburger

Pretty Decent Community

I moved here from Brooklyn, NY in September 2021 with my wife and daughter. I like the aesthetic of the buildings, the amenities, the apartment layout, and the spaciousness. My biggest criticism is that there was more consideration for dogs than children. It's kind of annoying that despite all the space on this lot, they thought to include a dedicated dog park but no kind of playground area for children which was disappointing. Overall though, I'd recommend living here.

Under New Management

This location was just brought out by another company and currently under new management. For the price, customer service and fees I believe it not worth it. The walls are thin I can hear everyone’s conversation and more. I’m disappointed with the overall experience.
