Not worth it

It ok just not as big the upgrade aren’t how you hope it to be and the price for paying rent is crazy for these small apartments .the rent office people are very nosy they lose you door keys and not as professional as they should.the landlord never be in the office.

Reflection

Good morningI have been here 8 plus years. Overall experience has been a 9 out of 10. Manager is awesome. The office staff have always been kind & thorough with whatever I have requested. The maintenance men have been pleasant & have always explained what thëir are doing; and have handled repairs efficiently. I have enjoyed watching upgrades, for example the landscaping was non-existence, but today is beautiful. Minutes away from the supermarket and minutes away from the Beltline that I have become connected with . I am also part of the farmer's market, that takes place @ the Gordon White Park from June 26th to October 1st.just steps away. Living at 1295,has been a place I call home. Peace

Review

I have lived here since February 2020. I love living here. The only thing I would say that could use some improvement is the communication from the Leasing office. Proactive and early communication would be better. I never received communication about the laundry room updating and had to find out from a resident. Also found out the rent increase from a resident before I received communication from leasing office.
