Maintenance delays

Living experience at The Cliftwoods is nice, it's just a delay in having maintenance issues resolved. Still waiting for my microwave to be repaired and it's been almost 10 months.

Mostly good

I have lived here for nearly five years, and I don’t have enough superlatives for the staff and maintenance staff. To a person, they are all very helpful and responsive - absolutely no complaints about them. I love my apartment. It’s laid out exactly the way I need it. I feel safe here, and it’s so quiet, I don’t even hear most storms. The location is in a busy area with construction on the entrance/exit ramps for I-285/Roswell Rd for what seems like forever, so that’s a bit annoying. But the location makes the entire metro area easily accessible. My main beef is with the management company for jacking my rent up by $300/month this year. They use an algorithm and they won’t budge. No negotiation. I feel like I’m helping to bear part of the burden caused by those who didn’t pay rent during the pandemic, even though I’ve paid mine on time every month. The days of rent increases being only $20 or $30/month appear to be gone, but the excessive rent hikes and unpredictability make budget planning a lot harder. Rent in the Sandy Springs area is already high.

Love the location & Amenities -- Guest parking is always a challenge, Maintenance handled Immediately, Staff is Excellent and handles issues promptly. Noise from above is an issue, great location!
