Great Staff

Shirley is absolutely a joy to deal with. She's very attentive to potential residents and even more accommodating as a new resident. If it weren't for her, I would have had to wait a lot longer to move in. She stepped in and fixed my minor issue and got me all ready to move in within minutes. The staff is friendly & everything is set up for the resident's convenience from valet trash service, to the on site gym & other amenities. So far, a safe & great place to live. Nhiya and Cierra are awesome! You guys choose the right staff to be working at Fairway Gardens.

Amazing place

Such a great experience, Shirley was the absolute best. She made such a stressful time as moving quick, easy, and effortless. I meant to get this review in a lot sooner. The area is wonderful, well kept, the apartment that was shown was the one we received. I’m at ease with our new home. If your thinking of moving here, ask for Shirley!!

Disappointing

I’ve had a leak in my kitchen for over 3 weeks from the kitchen cabinet. I requested service for this on multiple occasions. They eventually came, cut a hole in the wall and left it, so I was then stuck with a big hole in the wall directly above the sink and the leak. My cabinets are now rotted and moldy and coming detached from the wall. My home now has nets and other critters running and flying around. I haven’t been able to cook in weeks due to the leak being directly above the sink. My apartment reaps of a sewer smell that is beyond overwhelming. I can only imagine how long it will take them to repair the hole and replace the cabinets being that they allowed the leak to continue for weeks without doing absolutely nothing. Today is 4/26/2022 and yet I still have a leak and hole in the wall smh.
