Gates not working

We have lived here for a year and the gates have been broken for the past 11 months. Part of the rent is based on amenities and a secure facility is an amenity.

Nice and clean

It’s comfortable living here - really safe and maintenance is super quick with any demands. The only thing I wish was the gate would be fixed
