Trash

Trash service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I have to now figure out my own method of recycling because they are too lazy to do it and won’t even leave a bag for it anymore. Then you go online and look at their(Valet Living) terrible ratings/reviews and you have to wonder: Does Gables even research/care who they expose their tenants to? Or is it all about saving money and nickel n diming you for everything as their reputation in Atlanta suggests? I know the answer just putting it out there. I’ve had to ‘ask’ for a filter change because I couldn’t recall the last time it was done and it was downright filthy so yes it’s all about the money. I’ve been here for years and this was a GREAT community before Gables took over management in every aspect and I was so proud to call Berkeley Heights home. But now it’s just somewhere to live until I get a house. The staff is cool and it’s not their fault that their company’s ethics aren’t up to par.

Not only is our community pet-centric, but we’ve developed Gables Paws to Care™ program to celebrate your pet while also giving back to the pet community! Come visit us at the leasing office for special treats for your furry friend to learn more about our great program. Berkeley Heights welcomes cats and dogs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $750 for one, $250 for any additional pet, with a maximum of 2. We do have breed restrictions, and invite you to contact our leasing office to learn more!
