Great place to live in Sandy Springs, GA

Our experience living here has been wonderful! Great staff, who are personable, responsive to our needs, especially Lori in the front office and the maintenance crew. Lovely area!

I'm very uncomfortable

Since my first day moving here it has been nothing but drama. I regret moving here. Management has been responsive when you need maintenance, however, that shouldn't be the case since I just moved into the apartment. Everything should have been fixed prior to moving in. I'm always being charged for something and every week I'm getting an email or a note on the door requesting payment. I always have to defend myself which leads to an argument with management. Whenever I need to speak to the manager she is never there/ never helpful. The only plus is the location. I wish I could leave. It has been a negative experience for me.

Horrible noise and stomping

I really love living here, with 2 exceptions. 1st the noise coming from my upstairs neighbors is beyond ridiculous. At all hours of the day, night, even well past midnight there is loud stomping, yelling, and occasionally running. This is very inconvenient when having guests over or even trying to sleep and there is stomping and yelling late into the night. At the very least some quiet hours would be nice. 2nd the mailboxes. This is very frustrating to have to go to the post office when it is way out my way and inconvenient. I would understand if this was a short term issue, but this has been an issue for the entire month of January. At the very least provide the residents with a timeframe on when this issue will be remedied. And if it is going to take longer than another week or two come up with a better alternative than holding our mail at the post office. Perhaps have it delivered to the Parc at Perimeter office and give each building 1 day a week in which they can pick up there cumulation of mail so we can still social distance and not have to be inconvenienced by driving to the post office and waiting in line for at least an hour each time. Or find another resolution, but the current situation is not working and from what I gather from other residents they are not happy with the situation either.

Gates are always opened, post box is being broken and mail are lost even after repeated complaints its not getting fixed in last 1 yer. All cleaning activity is happening during day time which makes lot of noise .

New up grade floors are not padded correct the noise come in thru the wall, ceilings. The Amenities can be upgraded, specially the gym.
