Unbeatable Location... and they know it

There is a lot wrong with Arium, but the location is so good, you might just tolerate it. The parking is a racket and makes it literally impossible to be visited by friends or family. There is constant loud noise every morning from construction. The communal mail/package room situation is deplorable and leads to your packages and mail being stolen or lost with frightening regularity (and even if your packages are there - you'll spend ~20 minutes every time you hike down there searching for it, as it is almost never in the proper marked location). But despite these very tangible annoyances - these are appts on JUST the outside of Midtown. You could walk to Ga Tech, if you so desired. It is within ~3 miles of everything that matters in the downtown area, IMO. You pay for location and you get what you pay for in that regard. One other thing - the maintenance crew is really good and also prompt. Got to give credit there.
